The Bar
Our bar stocks a fantastic selection of beer, ale, wine and spirits, in addition to refreshing soft drinks and fresh coffee. We’re members of CAMRA (the Campaign for Real Ale) and have twice been runners up in the Plymouth branch’s ‘Club of the Year’ category. Sharp’s Doom Bar is a local favourite and is a permanent fixture at Plympton Conservative Club. We also have a rotating selection of ‘guest beers’ throughout the year.
What’s more, you can also enjoy a light meal and snacks at the bar. From breakfast baps and sandwiches to traditional Ploughman’s and pasties, we’ve got a menu packed with delicious dishes to choose from.
The Lounge
Great for anyone seeking quieter surroundings, our two lounges feature comfortable seating and a relaxing environment.
If you’d like to enjoy a leisurely drink and a chat with your friends or fellow members, the lounges are the perfect place for you. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the bar and lounges.
Entertainment
Our club is home to plenty of sources of entertainment for our members to enjoy! This includes:
- Big Screen TV: We regularly screen rugby, football, cricket, golf, snooker and darts matches. During the football season, we’ll show as many live premier league matches as we can and we’ll also screen sporting events such as the Olympics, World Cup and Euros.
- Pool Room: Whether you’re an expert pool player or a novice, the full-sized table in our pool room is an ideal place to while away a few hours.
- Dartboards: Grab a drink and settle down behind the oche to practice throwing a bullseye! Play for fun or as part of a tournament.
- Snooker Room: Home to our full-sized snooker table, our snooker room is the perfect place to play a few frames and improve your game!
- Skittle Alley: We’ve got our very own wooden skittle alley, so you can relax and unwind whilst playing a few games of skittles.
We also regularly hold pub quiz nights and have live music on a Friday or Saturday night.
